Chemical Processing for Metal Parts
JLYPT's automated chemical-processing line combines controlled production stages with documented quality procedures for repeatable copper, nickel, and chrome finishes. Our copper-processing capability includes an 8,000 × 900 × 1,500 mm cyanide copper bath and a 9,600 × 900 × 1,500 mm pyrophosphate copper bath. Nickel and chrome processing is supported by a 16,000 × 900 × 1,500 mm semi-bright nickel bath, a 24,000 × 900 × 1,500 mm bright nickel bath, and an 8,000 × 900 × 1,500 mm chrome plating bath. All dimensions are listed as L × W × H.

Where is JLYPT located?
Our manufacturing facility is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Production, surface finishing, engineering coordination, and quality control are managed through our China-based operation for customers worldwide.
Do you serve customers outside China?
Yes. JLYPT supports international customers across North America, Europe, Asia, and other markets. We work with OEMs, fabricators, and product companies from prototype development through repeat production.
What support do you provide in the United States?
Our U.S. Sales & Representative Office is located at 2332 La Mirada Drive, Suite 600, Vista, CA 92081. The U.S. team supports customer communication, project coordination, engineering discussions, and order follow-up across time zones. Manufacturing and certified processing remain controlled through our facility in China.
How will your engineering team support my project?
Our engineers collaborate from drawing and material review through process selection, sampling, validation, and production launch. We actively work through coating, appearance, tolerance, and performance challenges with the customer instead of simply processing to a generic specification.
Can you provide door-to-door international delivery?
Yes. We can coordinate door-to-door international transportation through established logistics partners, including export documentation and delivery planning. Available options depend on the destination, shipment size, timing, and agreed shipping terms.

What manufacturing and finishing services do you offer?

What materials can you process?
We commonly work with aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and other engineering alloys. Material grade and condition are reviewed before we confirm the most suitable preparation and finishing route.
Can you match custom colors, textures, or performance specifications?
Yes. We can engineer finishes around color, gloss, texture, corrosion resistance, wear, conductivity, insulation, and other functional requirements. Reference samples or approved color standards help us define the target accurately.
What is the typical production lead time?
Many approved finishing projects target a 3–5 business-day production turnaround after requirements and material readiness are confirmed. Tooling, sampling, order volume, custom specifications, and international transit can affect the final schedule.
Can I receive a free sample before production?
Yes. For qualified projects, JLYPT is willing to provide complimentary sample processing so you can confirm finish quality, appearance, and fit before committing to production. Any special tooling, dedicated material, testing, or international freight requirements will be discussed clearly before sampling begins.
What information should I provide for a quotation?
Please send drawings or 3D files, material grade, dimensions, quantity, required finish, color or appearance target, applicable specifications, critical tolerances, and delivery destination. Our team will review the package and identify any missing details before quoting.
